A pediatrician since 1990, Dr. Strieter Boland received her Medical Degree from Case Western Reserve, and served her residency in the combined Metro-Rainbow Pediatrics program. She was a Registered Nurse (RN) and a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner prior to going into medicine, and her constant quest for education has fueled a lifetime of study and learning. Looking to expand the services her pediatric and adolescent medicine practice offered, Dr. Strieter Boland began to explore the opportunities available through modern dermatology.

Tracy Sebaugh joined Dr. Strieter Boland's practice as a Medical Assistant in 1992, and was soon placed in charge of the business operations of the practice.
